For decades, the Nevada has upheld a law that forbids the sale of alcohol near prison facilities or to individuals of limited intellect. In contrast, in the town of Elko, it’s mandatory for everyone to wear a mask.

  • Reno: Holding a dance marathon is forbidden, but attaching papers to a hydrant warning about this law is perfectly legal.
  • Traveling on a camel on the highway is banned.
  • If someone targets your dog, you are entirely within your rights to hang the assailant.
