The ESTA travel registration is valid for two years. Unless your passport number or any of the answers on the ESTA form change, you do not need to fill it out again for your next trip. So, what should I do if my two-year ESTA is about to expire?

What to Do If My ESTA for the USA Expires
Approximately a month before your ESTA travel registration expires, you will receive an email that reads:
“ESTA Expiration Warning
ATTENTION! Your travel authorization submitted on (date) via ESTA will expire within the next 30 days. It is not possible to extend or renew a current ESTA. You will need to reapply at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov if travel to the United States is intended in the near future. If there are 30 or more days left on the old authorization, you will receive a warning message during the application process and be asked if you wish to proceed.”
If this is the case, you will need to fill out and pay for the ESTA again.

How to Extend the Validity of an ESTA Travel Registration
ESTA travel registrations cannot be extended; you must always complete and pay for a new application. Only complete the form on the official esta.cbp.dhs.gov website.
You can apply for a new travel registration while your old ESTA is still valid. This will not pose any issues.
